- Vehicles stay stationary for the season
- Month-to-month available after minimum term
- Reservations early – Limited availability
Outdoor STORAGE
Year-Round
- Three-month minimum term
- Month-to-month available after the initial term
- Access during office hours

All vehicles must be motorized and road-worthy.
INTAKE REQUIREMENTS
All storage is by appointment only. At intake, the following are required:
- Proof of ownership and/or registration
- Proof of insurance (or signed waiver if not applicable)
- Completed storage agreement
- Prepayment of the initial storage term
- For seasonal cold storage, all boats and applicable vehicles must be fully winterized prior to intake. Winterization services are not provided on-site.
