Items We Do Not Accept:
- Tires
- Hazardous or toxic materials
- Infested items (bed bugs or similar)
- Heavy construction materials (concrete, cement, brick, asphalt, roofing, etc.)
- Heavy or oversized items requiring disassembly or more than two people to move (pianos, pool tables, large playsets, etc. — ask during quoting)
- Refrigerators or freezers are accepted for an additional $25 per unit
Acceptance of materials is confirmed during the quote process.
What Happens to Removed Items?
After pickup, items are sorted and disposed of responsibly in accordance with local regulations. Materials may be donated when possible, recycled, or taken to approved disposal facilities.
Customer Presence
In-home or access-required pickups require someone on site.
Curbside or exterior pickups may not require the customer to be present, if access is clear and items are identified in advance.
