Landscape Yard Policies
- We do not guarantee material calculations. Customers are responsible for verifying quantities ordered.
- Order discrepancies or damage must be noted at the time of pickup or on the day of delivery.
- All bulk materials (mulch, stone, gravel, soil, etc.) and masonry products are final sale and not eligible for return.
- All other approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be made within 30 days with a receipt.
- Natural materials may vary in color, texture, and size from load to load.
- Due to Michigan weather conditions, Mikey’s does not warranty or guarantee quarry products against cracking, shifting, or deterioration caused by freeze–thaw cycles.
- For yard pickup, Mikey’s primarily loads trailers and large dump trucks and reserves the right to refuse loading of pickup truck beds. While Mikey’s will exercise due care, we are not responsible for damage to customer vehicles or trailers during loading or unloading.
- Sales tax will be charged on all applicable items unless a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate is on file.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Michigan law requires all loads to be properly tarped and/or securely tied down before leaving the property. Customers are responsible for ensuring their load is safe for transport.
