Dumpster Rental Policies
- Intended materials must be disclosed at the time of quote. Acceptance is based on material type and weight.
- Dumpster contents must not exceed the top edge of the container. No heaping or overloading.
- Dumpsters must be accessible and able to be tarped at the scheduled pickup time. Mikey’s reserves the right to delay pickup if the load cannot be safely secured.
- Additional fees may apply for unapproved materials, excess weight, or extended rental periods.
Items We Do Not Accept:
- Tires
- Hazardous or toxic materials
- Heavy construction debris (including concrete, brick, asphalt, or similar materials)
- Roofing materials (unless approved in advance)
- Refrigerators and freezers are accepted for an additional $25 fee per unit.
